Adding a domain to your account

The process is really simple, but there are a couple of complicated concepts we need to adults please.

There are two ways to add a domain to your account. It can be a parked (and redirected) domain or an addon domain.

Parked domains figuratively speaking don't take up any space. That is why you can have an unlimited number of them. With a parked domain you can use email (for free if you bought the domain from 123host). You can also redirect the domain to a completely different domain or you can just let it sit there invisibly until you want to use it.

This is what you would do if you had and you wanted it redirected to your primary account domain - park and then add a redirection. Click here to learn how to set this up.

Addon domains count as part of your hosting package. Each addon domain is counted a website. Basic hosting includes your primary domain plus one addon domain, so you can have two very different websites under the one account. Click here to learn how to set this up.
