We may have additional information as notes attached to your account or support tickets. You are welcome to see all and any data 123host has collected that is related to your account. We believe in 100% transparency.
As a web hosting company the 123host servers store data on behalf of our customers. That data may include information about their clients or other individuals. Data from all websites on 123host servers are also stored on an external backup server. 123host is not responsible for the collection or handling of this data except in the context of being the data storage provider.
